Use this account:
This is an account that you already have on file with the site. You may choose to use this account if you like or you can click one of the other options in the dropdown field.
Create a new reusable account:
This is an account that you will create if you are wanting to use this site multiple times and do not want to add a credit card each time you file. Enter a name for the account to label it for future use.
Create a new one-time account:
This is an account that will only be used once for the filing you are submitting at that time.
