If you have reached the end of the interview, reviewed all documents but don't see an option to submit the documents, it can be for the following reasons:
1. You are not signed in or registered in the interview website. The interview website does allow you to create the documents through the interview process without being a registered user. If you are registered and signed in, see reasons 2 and 3.
2. The court you selected doesn't allow the electronic submission of documents through the interview website. If this happens, make sure to download every document and save it on your PC or laptop. You will then move to the document upload website called Odyssey File & Serve which can be found at www.filenow.me. This is a sister website which uses the same email and password as the interview website. Review the entire interview: some courts will tell you in the early parts of the interview that you can't electronically submit the documents.
3. Some courts require you to submit these documents in person or by another means. Contact your court to verify your options. Review the entire interview, some documents require signatures and possibly a notary.
