If you click Submit/Calculate Fees and receive an error message in red showing the following Error "GetFeesCalculation: [104] File name contains invalid characters."
This means you will have to rename your document without any special characters (i.e. .!@#$%^&*) in the File Name to avoid this error. This error may also occur if your File Name is greater than 24 characters long.
You will have to fix your document and re-upload it with its corrections.
