Sometimes, the courts have not updated the interview data found on the Guide & File website. If a filer tries to submit the outdated interview data, the court may reject these filings.
When this happens, reach out to the court they are filing into to obtain the appropriate forms from them. Fill out these forms and save them as PDF files, then file them using the eFile & Serve website.
