Click the Start a Filing link in the middle of the blue menu bar at the top of the site.
Pick the interview you need. Answer questions online. Your answers are used to fill out the legal forms you need. You must review your forms before you file them with the court.
Help content is included throughout the Guide & File interview process. You may see help resources and videos on the right-hand column of your screen.
Depending on the case type and the state and county where you are filing, Guide & File may let you e-file your forms at the end of the interview for a fee (or for free if you have submitted a fee waiver). You can also download, save, and print your forms to file at the court in person.
You may be able to save your forms and e-file them through your state's eFile site if you cannot e-file them from Guide & File. Click here to find your state's eFile site.
