Completed interviews cannot be changed via the Guide & File website; you can only make a copy of your interview.
If a filer makes a mistake or must change outdated information in their completed interview, they must access their state's version of the eFile & Serve website in order to do so.
First, head to the Justice Public Facing Solutions website, scroll down through the list of states to your state, then select your state and click the eFile & Serve option.
Log into the eFile & Serve website to access your past filings. Locate the envelope that corresponds to your Guide & File filing in your Filing History.

View the filing's envelope details, then download the PDF file containing your interview data.

Edit the data in this PDF using either a PDF editing application like Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word or using an online PDF editing tool, then save the PDF with the new data. You will efile (either by filing into the existing case if your previous filing was accepted or by filing anew) using this PDF as your lead document.
