If you need to resume a draft that has been started in the Rhode Island Supreme Court Attorney Portal (RISCAP) or in the Vermont Attorney Portal (VTSCAP), click on "Request in Progress" at the top left corner.
This will take you to the My Requests page. Click on the Resume option directly to the right of your request.
