Instructions
- Navigate to filenow.me.
- Select your state, and the link to Guide & File
- Click the person icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select Register from the drop-down menu.
- Complete all required fields on the Registration form.
- Accept the site's Terms and Conditions.
- Click Register to submit your registration.
- Check your email and select the activation link to activate your account.
Registration Notes
- For states that support electronic filing, users must register and sign in before submitting forms electronically.
- Some states require users to register before accessing an interview, while others allow interviews without registration. If registration is required, the system will prompt the user.
- Users must be signed in to save their progress and return to an interview at a later time.
- Individuals filing without legal representation may not register on the eFile websites for New Mexico or New Hampshire. Those users should contact the appropriate local court for instructions on submitting documents.
- A valid physical address within the United States is required to complete registration.
