This error is caused by using the Apple Safari Web Browser. This error can also be caused by using a mobile device or tablet.
Solution: Use either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge to avoid this error. If you encounter this error on a phone or mobile device regardless the browser, use a Desktop Computer or Laptop.
Note: You may need to start over from the interview (keeping answers) and go back through each page of the interview to clear this error.
