Browser/Device: The error can be produced by the browser Safari or when using Mobile devices, tables, or Chromebooks.
Solution: Continue through a compatible browser. (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge)
Continue through compatible device: Desktop computer or Laptop
It is suggested to clear your browsers cache and cookies, delete draft and start a new draft.
If the error continues, notify support for the error to be escalated.
In-House Attorneys: The filing options will not be available for in-house attorneys through the Supreme Court Attorney Portals. It is advised to contact the helpdesk for additional information on how you may submit your attorney renewals.
