While the standard e-File & Serve system does not allow filers to generate their own court documents, filers can generate case initiating documents (like Complaints or Petitions) using the Guide & File interview process.

- Log In: Use this function to log into your account.

Register: Use this function to register for a new account.
- NOTE: You may not have to register for an account, depending on which state you are filing in.
NAVIGATION RIBBON
- HAMBURGER (THREE-LINE ICON: Users can access their Profile using this drop-down menu, once logged into their accounts.
- HOME: This function takes you back to the landing page when selected.
- START A FILING: Click this text to begin a new interview process.
- MY INTERVIEWS: Click this text to resume or create a copy of a prior interview.
"CLICK TO GET STARTED" BUTTON
You can click the blue "Click to Get Started: See a List of Case Types" button in the image below the blue Navigation bar to begin a new interview process.
ADDITIONAL LINKS
You may find additional useful links in the sidebar to the right of the "Click to Get Started" image. This sidebar will usually contain helpful links to state-wide legal aid organizations or video tutorials.
START A NEW FILING INTERVIEW PAGE
On this page, you can select one of the interview/filing types to begin a New Filing interview. The interview stages - "Select Interview", "Complete Interview", "Review Summary", and "Submit Documents" - are seen across the top of the page. These will chart your progress as you continue through whichever interview you have selected.

MY INTERVIEWS PAGE
On this page, you can resume unfinished interviews, copy completed interviews that have been rejected by the court so you can change your answers, or delete interview drafts that you no longer need.
EDIT MY PROFILE PAGE
On this page, you can edit your profile in Guide & File. After making whatever changes to your account that you need to make, click the blue Save Changes button to lock in your edits.
