Mobile devices and tablets (Chromebooks function as a tablet) do work on the site but errors can also occur using these devices. The website works best using a Desktop Computer or Laptop.

Error Message: "Attempt to retrieve a nonexistent field key SRL.SelectedLegalProcessKey"
This error is caused by using the Apple Safari Web Browser. This error can also be caused by using a mobile device or tablet.
Solution: It is recommended to use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to avoid this error. If error continues to occur after switching web browser's on your phone or mobile device, it is recommended to use a Desktop Computer or Laptop.
Error Message: "invalid date format"
This error can be caused by entering a date manually. Instead, select the date using the calendar that appears.
Solution: This error happens when the browser Safari is being used for the interview. Switch web browsers to either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. This error can also happen with phones and tablets. Download another browser to use on your phone or tablet, or move to a Desktop Computer or Laptop.
Error Message: "404 (Not Found)"
This error most often occurs on mobile devices and tablets.
Solution: Try using a Desktop or laptop to complete the interview.
