When most filers download or view a document at the end of their interview, a checkmark under the Reviewed tab will appear. (See illustration below.)
When some filers try to review their documents via the Apple Safari browser, however, this checkmark may not appear, meaning that the filer may not be able to progress to document submission. (See illustration below.)
Sometimes, the Safari browser is set to force the document to open in a new tab for review instead of downloading the document. This refreshes the page the document was downloaded from, removing the checkmark.
When this occurs, we recommend using a different browser - like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox - to review your interview documents instead of using Apple Safari, as the Guide & File website was optimized for Chrome and Firefox.
