Follow the instructions below to change your browser settings to English.
(Note: The Apple Safari web browser can cause errors in your interview, it is recommended to use one of the browsers listed below)
- Google Chrome users click here or continue scrolling down

- Click here if you are using Microsoft Edge
Google Chrome
Click the 3 dots at the top right and select Settings.
Scroll down the Google Chrome Settings page and click Advanced
In the Languages section, click Add languages.
At the Search box at the top right, type in the word English, hit the enter button to Search. Click the check box to the left of the English(United States). Click the blue Add button at the lower right hand corner.
The Languages box will now show English(United States) listed.
Close and re-open the browser.
Mozilla Firefox
Click the 3 lines at the top right and select Settings.
Scroll down the Settings page and locate the Language section. Click on the drop down box that shows the currect language and click on English United States.
Click on Apply and restart.
Microsoft Edge
Click the 3 dots at the top right and select Settings.
Under the Settings menu on the left side, click on Languages.
If English(United States) is not listed, click Add Languages.
Search for English, check the box to the left and click Add
Click the dots ... directly to the right of the English(United States) listing and choose Move to Top.
Close and restart the browser.
